Live Acoustic Music:
This may very well be the foundation of Mike Mack Music. With over 1000 acoustic performances played over the years, Mike Mack Music knows exactly the right amount of energy combined with the perfect song selection to entertain your guests or clientele. While this style of performance is generally done solo, musicians can be added upon request. Additions can be female vocalists, pianist, percussion (full drums, or light percussion accompaniment), second guitarist, or second male vocal. With selecting the acoustic performance, the ensemble is small enough to be soft background music, or exciting enough to 'BE" the event! It all depends on your needs. Places that acoustic performances are perfect for are: restaurants, bars/night clubs, happy hours,. rehearsal dinners, engagement parties, wedding ceremonies, wineries, breweries, orchards, private home parties, back yard BBQ's, etc... One of the reason we say that acoustic is the foundation of what we do is simply because of its' versatility to be whatever YOU need it to be.
The Hype:
The Hype as quickly risen to be one of the top draws and most requested party bands in the Hudson Valley. Filling up the calendar with mostly private events, the Hype not only delivers spot on party music hits from bands ranging from Aerosmith to Biggie Smalls, they deliver the PARTY! You and your guests will be talking about the "music" for a long time to come. While The Hype has carved their niche in the party music scene of the Hudson Valley, they are also one of the most sought after wedding bands in the area. People of the Sun- Rage Against the Machine Tribute:
Recreating one of the most popular (and controversial!) bands of the 90's, People of the Sun brings the angst and passion of the music of rap rockers, Rage Against the Machine, to the masses! Focusing on the music and fun of RATM, (while leaving the political messages to the original guys) People of the Sun is a spot on recreation of the unique sounds RATM was so famous for.
DJ/Karaoke:
While Mike Mack Music doesn't provide these services personally (yet!), we do have access to an immensely talented network of DJ's that we work closely with that we are comfortable arranging the details of your event and acting as the agent of representation between you and the DJ to make sure you have the entertainment you are expecting.
